DAO Canvas

for DAOstack

A DAO Design Framework that helps initiators cohere around the most important issues of the day to day life in DAOs, both on and off chain. DAO Canvas was featured in Devcon, Consensus, EthDenver, Diffusion and many other conferences.

FestDAO

for DAOstack

After the first event in Berlin we had 14 requests for organising DAOfests in other locations around the world. There was no chance to pull this off in centralised fashion - for this purpose the FestDAO was launched and used to coordinate 30 events globally in less than 4 months.

International series of events on decentralized autonomous organisations that started in Berlin on the 20th of August 2018. As the main coordinator, I was contact point, curator, brand designer, community manager etc. acting from within the DAOstack communications team.

Independent Project

A series of articles and podcasts that power a Self Development DAO. Users perform creative assignments to develop their own projects, ideas and creative pursuits. As a reward “agents” collect NFT badges that represent their development stage and can be traded in the open market. The collective creation becomes an emergent library of creative knowledge.

Metafactory Ops

FOR METAFACTORY

Metafactory is a decentralized metabrand for fashion, collectibles and phygital goods. I joined the core team helping on the full decentralization strategy, production pipelines and brand direction. From designing garments to modeling the 3d simulations, we got it all ready for the launch of the $ROBOT token and made ourselves obsolete. Now Metafactory is run in community!

Project Summary PrimeDAO is a collective of builders, researchers and communicators working together to develop the DeFI space. For our IDO I supported the effort by developing a collection of NFTs to be featured at dontbuymeme.com and help generate awareness for the raise. Also in this project an interview with Alon Goren and a video explainer for the Mesa IDO

Decentralized Thriving

for DAOstack

My first official project in the crypto space and it holds a special place in my heart. A book with 25 articles on core issues around decentralization. I took care of design, curation, the website, etc. - even the t-shirt. The best was the privilege of inviting thought leaders and helping shaping their contributions to the book. Now more than 2 years old, I feel it aged really well.
